For orders from all countries outside the United States, contact the United States Postal Service (http://www.usps.gov/) for the fee for Book Rate Postage (which weighs 8.2 oz.-- including envelope, calculate "large envelope rate") to your country. They offer several options, the fastest and most expensive (2-3 days for from $6.95-$15.00 US, depending upon what country) being "Global Priority Mail" and the slowest but least expensive (3-6 weeks for $2.50-$3.50 US) being "Books and Sheet Music--Surface". Once you know your preferred method of shipment, place this information in the General Comments box below. Your credit card shall be charged that amount in addition to the cost of the book, and your book shipped that way.

If your bank has no branch location in the USA, please find a way to mail a Cashier's Check or Money Order in US Dollars from your country. If you cannot, email us with your information, and we will work out a solution for you. We do not accept faxes written on banks without a branch somewhere in the USA.

We shall deposit the check, and when it clears, we will ship your order. Checks written on accounts in American banks usually clear within five business days. Checks written on accounts in banks in other countries usually take ten to fifteen working days to clear.

Orders for books paid by Money Orders written against American banks for US Dollars are shipped the next shipping day after receipt of payment, regardless from what country they come.
