The Price

The price of this 138 page professionally bound book is $24.95 plus sales tax and shipping/handling, in U.S. Dollars.

For orders being sent within the USA, the books are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery from shipping date.) Postage and Handling total $5.00.

For all other countries, contact the United States Postal Service rate calculator page http://www.usps.gov/business/calcs.htm) for the fee for Book Rate Postage (which weighs 8.2 oz.-- including envelope, calculate "large envelope) to your country. They offer several options, the fastest and most expensive (2-3 days for from $6.95-$15.00 US, depending upon what country) being "Global Priority Mail" and the slowest but least expensive (3-6 weeks for $2.50-$3.50 US) being "Books and Sheet Music--Surface". Once you know your preferred rate, place this U.S. Dollar amount into the email at the appropriate point. Your check shall be charged that amount in addition to the cost of the book, and your book shipped that way.
