Order with a Check by Email

For orders of the physical copy of the book from all countries outside the United States, contact the United States Postal Service (http://www.usps.gov/business/calcs.htm) for the fee for Book Rate Postage (which weighs 8.2 oz.-- including envelope, calculate "large envelope rate") to your country. They offer several options, the fastest and most expensive (2-3 days for from $6.95-$15.00 US, depending upon what country) being "Global Priority Mail" and the slowest but least expensive (3-6 weeks for $2.50-$3.50 US) being "Books and Sheet Music--Surface". Once you know your preferred method of shipment, place this information in the General Comments box below. Your credit card shall be charged that amount in addition to the cost of the book, and your book shipped that way.

To pay with your check by email, use your mouse to highlight the form information below. Then, from your Edit menu on your browser, select "Copy" (or Ctrl+C). Next, click the "Order by Email" button below, and paste (Ctrl+V) the information into the email, add your information, and "Send" the information:
