Before you request support, please check the following most common problems and solutions.
Problem getting onto the download page. Won't take Username/Password.
Possible solution: Check to be certain you have entered the
correct Username and Password. Check to see if you have mistaken a numeral one (1) for a
lowercase L ( l ) or the opposite in either your Username or Password. Try highlighting
them, copying them (Ctrl/C) and pasting them (Ctrl/V) one at a time into the fields
requesting them.
Problem opening and reading the eBook.
Possible solution: First download and install the latest Acrobat
Reader (4.05) on your system, using the link provided below the image of the book on the
download page..
Possible solution: First download and install the latest version
of the Internet Explorer (5.5) browser from Microsoft, using the link provided on the
download page..
Possible solution: Check to see if you have a minimum of ten
(10) megs of hard drive space for the downloads and installations.
Problem getting the MP3 to play.
Possible solution: First download and install the latest Windows Media
Player (ver. 7) using the link provided on the download page.
