Subliminal MP3 Music File

On the CD-ROM disk that contains the eBook and the UltraQuit Program, you will also receive an MP3 file. This file is very similar in style to the tracks on the "Just Listen" subliminal music CD or tape. It also contains the subliminal messages to help you lose the urge to smoke. This file should be loaded onto the computer you use most, and played in the background in loop mode.* It will assist in the reduction of the urge to smoke while you are using the computer.

*All Windows Ver. 9x or later programs will play the file without the need to download any special player. The Windows Media Player will launch and begin to play the file, once it is executed (clicked). You will receive instructions on how to add the file to your Start-Up menu, so that if you choose, it will automatically begin to play when you boot up your computer.
